Welcome to ISL 2020! Thank you for choosing our 22nd anniversary conference as your place to grow and flourish in teaching. Join us for hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves professional learning for innovative, creative, and dedicated educators, just like you!

Again this year, more than hundreds of educators in the Southeast will participate in the keynote seminars, sessions, and other activities taking place during the conference. Our vision is to inspire success and a lifetime of learning not only in students, but in adults as well. That is why we value professional development at Augusta University.

The ISL Conference offers something for every educator. Art is a powerful tool for student engagement and expression. However, many elementary schools no longer have art classes, so some students miss the benefits that art can provide. This session is aimed at providing strategies for infusing art into content area instruction at the elementary level, specifically to promote literacy.
