This Presentation will equip the attendees with information and tools to recruit the next generation of difference makers. Attendees will be exposed to the University of South Carolina Apple Core Initiative program which focusing on recruiting and supporting teachers from underserved communities through their pre-professional careers. Attendees will also be exposed to the College of Education’sTIP program which seeks to provide post graduate support in the form of coaching and professional development for up to three years after completion of their undergraduate degree.
