Welcome to ISL 2020! Thank you for choosing our 22nd anniversary conference as your place to grow and flourish in teaching. Join us for hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves professional learning for innovative, creative, and dedicated educators, just like you!

Again this year, more than hundreds of educators in the Southeast will participate in the keynote seminars, sessions, and other activities taking place during the conference. Our vision is to inspire success and a lifetime of learning not only in students, but in adults as well. That is why we value professional development at Augusta University.

The ISL Conference offers something for every educator. Please review the list of sessions carefully and select the ones that will help you to become a better educator and bring new excitement to your classroom. We would like to thank Richmond County Schools, Columbia County Schools, Burke County Schools, McDuffie County Schools, Lincoln County Schools, and Jefferson County Schools, and all of our partners for helping to make the ISL Conference a success! Thank you for taking time from your weekend schedule to attend the conference, and we hope you find our program to be informative and enlightening!

We will focus on WHAT conferences look like, WHY conferring and goal setting are important for improving reading instruction, and HOW to make these part of your reading routine.
